Individual Therapy

  • Out of pocket: $180 per session

  • Super bills can be provided for submission for reimbursement

  • Sliding scale offered

Assessment

  • Psychological evaluations: $1500 - $2500

  • Forensic evaluations: $3000

  • Bonding evaluations: $3000

  • ADHD evaluations: $2000 - $2500

  • Act 235 Lethal Weapons Training Certification: $350

Insurances Accepted

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Highmark

  • Geisinger

  • Out of network

  • *Note: Forensic evaluations, bonding evaluations, Act 235 evaluations, and reunification therapy are not covered by insurance and must be paid out of pocket

Other Services

  • Forensic testimony: $3000 for the day

  • Pre-employment/Police Evaluations: $350 

  • Reunification therapy: $180 per session
